Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

You will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs. You will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, inspect installations for compliance with codes, and support energy management by keeping systems running

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly.
