Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include inspections, following safety regulations, and collaborating with teams. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures under supervision and contributing to energy efficiency across building systems at client sites in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and coordinate to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
