Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Taguig, Philippines, to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, supporting preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

The successful candidate will conduct routine maintenance inspections, assist with installations, review work orders, and support energy management while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and meet physical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision.
