Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support repairs to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting systems, assisting with installation and modification, and reviewing work orders while collaborating with teams. This role requires attention to safety, adherence to codes, and clear communication under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver outputs according to defined procedures under supervision.
