Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and service small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems in the Philippines. You will support preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role involves following established procedures under guidance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related work, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to team through defined duties and tasks.
• Deliver output following defined procedures under supervision.
