Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management under engineering and technical services.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Proficient communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to the team through defined duties and tasks under supervision.
