Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to medium buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

You will support preventive maintenance and repairs under supervision. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building systems, inspecting installations for code compliance, reviewing work orders, and assisting with installation and modification of equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly.
• Contribute to team output by following defined duties and processes under supervision.
• Deliver outputs under close supervision and guidance.
