Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
• Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and general repair work.

• Monitor the condition of equipment, fixtures, and facilities and report defects or major concerns.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and repair of facility fixtures and equipment.

• Maintain records of completed repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
