IntouchCX is looking for a Facilities Lead to manage the campus operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and brand alignment. You will collaborate with management to meet health and safety requirements, supervise BSOs, and handle tickets, space builds, and logistics.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor contracts, overseeing security, and supporting multi-shift operations. A proactive leader with strong communication will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some post-secondary schooling preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day campus operations and ensure cleanliness, safety, and on-brand standards.
• Coordinate with Building Management for health, safety, and compliance.
• Supervise Building Service Officers and manage workload.
• Handle facility-related requests and tickets promptly.
• Coordinate campus visits and travel logistics when required.
• Oversee space builds, furniture assembly, and equipment setup.
• Conduct weekly walk-throughs and address urgent issues after hours.
• Maintain vendor contracts and procurement for campus services.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and installation requests as needed.
• Ensure meeting rooms, cable management, and security coverage are organized.
