Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Facilities Manager to supervise the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the site’s facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate external contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environment standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and 52-week planning.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, utilities and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
• Plan, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to eliminate/minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors for maintenance services, capital projects, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, environment standards and company policies.
• Monitor maintenance budget, control operating cost and recommend cost-efficient solutions for facility management.
• Lead initiative to improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, workplace safety and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise, coach and develop maintenance staff (technician and housekeeping) to ensure quality workmanship, productivity and adherence to safety standard.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruption.
• Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of the site
• Implement Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment
• Analyze and create processes for technical team
• Coordinate with building property management
• Helpdesk monitoring
• Conduct day to day audit to ensure site is always visit/audit ready
