Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Executive - Soft Services for our Facilities Management team in Gurugram. You will oversee day-to-day soft services, manage vendors, ensure SLAs, and uphold workplace standards to support business operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, inventory and budget tracking, and coordinating events while ensuring EHS compliance and accurate reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or facilities management qualification preferred.
• 3–6 years in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Hospitality, or Soft Services Operations.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, vendor management, and workplace operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
• Ensure adequate availability of housekeeping consumables, pantry supplies, and facility-related materials.
• Coordinate with service partners for timely resolution of complaints and service requests.
• Maintain records related to attendance, manpower deployment, inventory, and statutory compliance.
• Support workplace events, employee engagement activities, and VIP visits from a facilities perspective.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for any service gaps identified.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and share updates with management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and business teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budget tracking, vendor billing verification, and invoice processing.
