Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Soft Services Executive to oversee soft facilities management across assigned properties and client portfolios. You will ensure service excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in operations.

You will lead service delivery, manage budgets, supervise teams, and coordinate vendors while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years experience in facilities management with focus on soft services is expected.
• Experience in vendor management and contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day soft services operations across properties and client portfolios.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely reporting and communication.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and manage soft services budgets, track expenses and forecast needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop soft services staff including supervisors and coordinators.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance and maintain necessary certifications.
• Identify operational improvements and drive process enhancements across services.
