You will supervise soft services, vendor performance, and budget controls, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and SLAs. A Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years FM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, or business administration preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in facilities management within IT, corporate, hotel, or FM services industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems; budgeting and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility management service delivery during assigned shifts at Gurgaon.
• Oversee safety, hygiene, and client satisfaction; handle escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to address technical issues promptly.
• Manage front office, housekeeping, mailroom, security, and service levels.
• Prepare reports and maintain compliance documentation.
