Responsibilities

• Oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and ensure all administrative functions, security and facility services are covered.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients and monitor vendor invoices.
• Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, risk mitigation, crises, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor budget and maintain petty cash for operations; prepare stock reports and monthly management reports.
