Responsibilities

• You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities.
• Perform routine site inspections to ensure building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
• Support the facilities manager to oversee technical operation and maintenance planning to minimize breakdowns.
• Be the main contact for all technical service contractors and supervise repairs by in-house team and contractors.
• Develop MSTs skill enhancement plan for repair/maintenance of critical equipment and ensure inspection judgments are accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer procurement and statutory requirements.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities for the team.
• Provide technical support including vendor management, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination.
• Hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

Facilities Engineer Hard Services

What this job involves: Providing Onsite support

• You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities.
• You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
• Support the facilities manager to oversee technical operation, plan and implement maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown of failure.
• You’ll be the main contact person for all technical service contractor and supervise repair and maintenance works of in-house technical team and contractors.
• You will also include the MSTs skill enhancement plan for the repair/maintenance of all critical equipment and the accuracy of inspection/judgment for all facilities related items needs to be repaired/restored.
• Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement and statutory requirements.
• Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking.
• You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
• You’ll also lend the team a big hand by providing technical support including vendor management, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination.
• Also, part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.
