Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in the Philippines (Batangas/Tanauan) seeks a Facilities Electrical Technician to maintain and repair plant facilities and electrical systems. You will support production equipment, supervise contractors, and perform safety risk assessments prior to work.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years as an electrician in building/industrial settings, read plans/drawings, and can execute minor repairs and small improvements to improve the electrical system.

Job Title: Facilities Electrical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be assigned as Plant Electrician handling production equipment specifically the Electrical System Requirements.
• Knowledgeableness in Facility Operation and Maintenance
• Assist and Supervises contractor/third party activity.
• With high knowledge of Safety Risk Assessment and Control prior to start of work and after work.
• Will implement minor repair works related to Facility Equipment and Building Maintenance.
• Will implement small improvement projects of the plant to improve Electrical system.
• Will also be assigned to monitor and check Facility Equipment Conditions on a regular basis.
• With knowledge and can perform Mechanical Related Task such as piping works, welding works, fabrication works and aircon installation based on standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year or vocational course from TESDA or reputable Technical Schools.
• With a minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrician for Building and Industrial Set-up.
• With strong background in Facilities under Manufacturing Set-Up as an Electrician and can be able to read plans and drawings.
