Qualifications

• Proficient in reading electrical plans and using test instruments.
• Knowledge of motor control circuits, PLCs, and automation systems (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including lighting, motors, panels, switches, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to perform installations or repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot faults using meters and testing devices; diagnose and fix problems.
• Ensure all work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code and safety policies.
• Support production, maintenance, and engineering teams in resolving electrical issues.
• Perform wiring, termination, and assembly for new equipment or facility expansions.
• Monitor and record maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and service reports.
• Assist in energy-saving and electrical efficiency projects.
• Coordinate with contractors or suppliers for materials, repairs, and installations.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, motors, panels, switches, and control circuits.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to perform accurate installations or repairs.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential electrical issues.

Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical circuits, machinery, or equipment using appropriate tools and testing devices (multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.).

Ensure that all electrical work complies with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and company safety policies.

Support production, maintenance, and engineering teams in resolving electrical and automation problems.

Perform wiring, termination, and assembly for new equipment or facility expansions.

Monitor and record maintenance activities, including spare parts usage and service reports.

Assist in energy-saving and electrical efficiency improvement projects.

Coordinate with contractors or suppliers for electrical materials, repairs, and installations.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or maintenance engineer.

Job Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology - Electrical, or a related vocational/technical course.

Registered Electrical Practitioner (R.E.E./R.M.E.) license is an advantage but not always required.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or industrial plant operations preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical safety and preventive maintenance.

Proficient in reading electrical plans and using test instruments.

Knowledgeable in motor control circuits, PLCs, and automation systems (advantage).

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts or field environments.

Can work independently or as part of a team.
