Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Account Operations Manager in Laguna to direct maintenance staff and safety programs for small to mid-size facilities.

The role focuses on supervising teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with national and local codes while delivering cost-effective services for clients.

Qualified candidates hold an electrical or mechanical engineering license and have extensive facilities management experience, preferably in data center settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (EE) or Mechanical Engineer (ME) with professional certification.
• At least 7 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience in or exposure to data center environments is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and oversee safety programs.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set work schedules, and track deadlines.
• Identify sales opportunities to clients and promote organizational capabilities.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service levels meet contracts.
• Ensure compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
• Develop operational service delivery playbooks and account plans.
• Assess utility consumption and suggest cost-reduction measures.
• Ensure maintenance work aligns with account KPIs and quality goals.
• Document inspections and address client concerns as needed.
• Lead by example following CBRE values and align teams to shared objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
