Job summary

CBRE Cebu is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

You will focus on operational leadership, safety compliance, budgeting, and coordinating repairs with technicians and vendors while maintaining strong client relationships and driving efficiency and value for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities; assign tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing for projects.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day facility issues and optimize processes.
