• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, building services, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and strategic partnerships.

The position is responsible for leading the organization's facilities, workplace infrastructure, information technology, security, and operational support functions to ensure safe, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective operations across all sites. It oversees the development and execution of facilities and IT strategies that support organizational growth, workforce expansion, operational readiness, technology enablement, and business continuity. The role serves as a strategic partner to leadership by providing infrastructure, workplace, and technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Develop and execute facilities, workplace, and IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business growth plans and operational requirements.
• Lead multi-site facilities operations, workplace readiness initiatives, building maintenance programs, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including network connectivity, hardware, structured cabling, CCTV systems, workplace technology, and end-user support.
• Partner with business leaders to assess operational requirements and deliver scalable facilities and technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
• Lead expansion projects, office setups, relocations, workplace upgrades, and infrastructure capacity planning initiatives.
• Manage external service providers, contractors, vendors, security partners, and technology providers while ensuring service quality and performance standards.
• Oversee company assets, equipment lifecycle management, inventory controls, maintenance programs, and operational readiness requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, occupational health, regulatory requirements, and business continuity standards.
• Develop emergency response plans, disaster recovery strategies, security protocols, and risk mitigation programs.
• Lead facilities and IT teams by establishing performance standards, operating procedures, service levels, and workforce development initiatives.
• Manage facilities and IT budgets, optimize resource utilization, and evaluate infrastructure investments to maximize business value.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency, technology enablement, employee experience, and operational resilience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You must have at least 12–15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, IT infrastructure, site operations, engineering, or related functions.
• You must have at least 8 years of leadership experience managing facilities, IT, engineering, or multi-functional operational teams.
• You must have experience overseeing both physical infrastructure and digital infrastructure within multi-site or large-scale operational environments.
• You must have strong knowledge of facilities management, workplace operations, building services, network infrastructure, end-user support, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• You must have experience managing vendors, contractors, service providers, and strategic operational partnerships.
• You must have strong business partnering, problem-solving, project management, and operational leadership capabilities.
• You must have experience managing budgets, infrastructure projects, safety programs, and business continuity initiatives.
• You must be hands-on, highly dependable, and capable of balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
• You must be willing to work onsite and respond to urgent facilities, infrastructure, or IT-related operational requirements when needed.
