• Supervise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and F&B team to ensure smooth service flow and consistent food & beverage quality
• Ensure proper implementation of service standards and guest service protocols
• Lead, guide, and support the service team during operations
• Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness for guests
• Enforce 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
