Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager and Bar Manager in 5-star hotel/resort.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to cover shifts.
• Proficiency in occupational health and safety standards is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities across front and back of house.
