Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Front of the House Training Manager in Mandaluyong to lead the development and execution of comprehensive FOH training programs across casual dining restaurant operations.

You will oversee onboarding, classroom and on-the-job coaching, ensuring consistent service standards, guest experiences, and operational procedures across branches. Travel to branches will be required to drive learning and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training, preferably FOH.
• Experience from casual dining restaurant groups preferred.
• Strong expertise in FOH operations, service excellence, guest experience, and people development.
• Proven experience designing and evaluating training programs for restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in operational audits, performance coaching, and competency assessments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; learning management systems an advantage.
• Willing to travel to restaurant branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve FOH training programs covering service standards and guest experience.
• Lead onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for restaurant managers, supervisors, and FOH staff.
• Ensure consistent implementation of service standards and procedures across branches.
• Conduct store visits, training audits, and performance assessments to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to align learning strategies with business goals.
• Create training materials, manuals, service guides, and competency tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness via KPIs and guest satisfaction.
