Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an Area Manager to oversee a cluster of 4–6 high‑volume F&B store locations. You will drive operational excellence, manage day‑to‑day store activities, and ensure brand standards across all sites from Mandaluyong to surrounding districts.

You will lead BOH operations, monitor store P&L, implement cost controls, and coach teams to meet monthly revenue targets while conducting regular audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Supervisor in high-volume F&B store operations.
• Solid operational emphasis on Back-of-House (BOH) processes and store-level financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage day-to-day F&B operations across 4 to 6 store branches.
• Enforce strict BOH standards, food safety compliance, labor scheduling efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor store-level P&L statements, implement cost control measures, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct regular store audits, operational reviews, and team coaching sessions.
