Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Cost and Inventory Officer to ensure accurate inventory records, analyze costs, and support financial reporting across operations. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Production, and other departments to drive insights on inventory performance and cost movements.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, advanced analytical capabilities, ERP experience, and a proven ability to perform deep root-cause analysis beyond basic reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in cost or inventory accounting, cost analysis, or financial analysis
• ERP systems experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar)
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, commissaries, and operational sites
• Conduct regular counts, cycle counts, and stock validations
• Analyze COGS, inventory consumption, and cost-related transactions to identify trends and opportunities
• Reconcile inventory subledgers with General Ledger balances and support month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations on inventory and cost performance
