Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Cost and Inventory Officer to safeguard inventory accuracy, manage cost analysis, and support financial reporting across its operations. This role partners with Finance, Operations, Procurement and Production to provide meaningful insights on inventory performance, cost movements, and operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation, strong ERP experience, and the ability to perform deep root-cause analyses beyond basic reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong accounting background preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems required.
• 2–4 years in cost/inventory accounting or financial analysis.
• Experience in F&B/Manufacturing/Retail/FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and sites.
• Conduct regular counts, cycle counts, and stock validation.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory adjustment reports with proper approvals.
• Reconcile inventory subledgers with General Ledger balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on inventory and cost performance.
