Job summary

Fredley Food and Beverages Inc. seeks a General Accountant to maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements, and support cost control, revenue audit, and budgeting processes.

You will manage AP/AR, inventory valuation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards within a food and beverage context. The role requires 2–5 years in accounting, familiarity with SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and POS integration.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of cost accounting and inventory control principles.
• Experience in corporate finance or audit environment.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledgers and sub-ledgers for all operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory valuation.
• Audit daily sales summaries and reconcile with POS reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, with variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
