Responsibilities

• Promote Alcon products to doctors and create prescription-based demand.
• Develop and implement territory business plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines.
• Meet marketing, promotional and sales objectives through effective detailing to HCPs.
• Meet CRM KPI targets through SFDC and Pitcher executions.
• Provide up-to-date product information to target HCPs.
• Develop and support KOL/EOL programs within the territory.
• Organize promotional activities and counteract competition.
