Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Vision Care General Field Sales & Account Management to drive sales and manage clinical accounts in the Vision Care space. You will advise on products, seek opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets.

The role involves building client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and staying ahead of market trends. English proficiency is required, with local language skills a plus, and a degree in business/marketing or equivalent is

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficient in English; local language desirable.
• 2–5 years in a similar role, preferably ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Handle Vision Care General Field Sales and implement sales strategies to meet objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential clients and establishing new business relationships
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on Vision Care products
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Monitor market trends and competitor behavior
• Attend industry-related events and workshops
