Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, seeks a Sr. Associate, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management to promote ophthalmic devices across clinics and hospitals in the Visayas region.

You will partner with surgeons and nurses to help patients achieve the intended surgical outcomes. You will execute sales plans, visit professionals, provide OR support, develop opportunities, share product updates, and maintain customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in medical-related or business field.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ophthalmic surgery devices within Visayas Region.
• Expand market share through marketing initiatives and events.
• Achieve product sales objectives and maintain sales targets.
• Visit customers and health care professionals; provide OR/OT support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a customer database.
• Execute sales plan and participate in meetings; inform customers of updates and pricing.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies and participate in mandatory trainings and adverse event reporting.
