Brother International Philippines Corp. is seeking an Extension Officer to lead day-to-day operations of an Extension Office with outsourced Promodizers. You will drive sell-through targets through marketing and sales programs, train merchandisers and dealers, and build strong accounts relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in distribution sales. The position supports a hybrid work arrangement with competitive perks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder.
At least 1 year of experience in distribution sales and account management.
Knowledge of the local dialect, good Filipino & English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Computer literacy.
Good ability to train people.

Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of sell-through targets.
Conduct training to promotion merchandisers and in-store trainings to dealers.
Implement sales-initiated programs.
Build strong relationships with accounts.
Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs especially roadshows and exhibits.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
Disseminate marketing activities and POP materials to merchandisers and dealers.
Report and update demo machines and consumables usage to Marketing and Product Management departments.
Monitor merchandisers sales performance.
Monitor competitors' activities (price, stocks, sell through and promotions).
Arrange store displays in favorable locations and ensure they are in good condition.
Attend to customers/dealers concerns and inquiries.

We are looking for an Extension Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned Extension Office with a team of outsourced Promotion Merchandisers (Promodizers). The position is in charge of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sell-through targets through proper implementation of marketing and sales-initiated programs.

Responsibilities
