Job summary

Brother International Philippines Corp. is seeking an Extension Officer to lead day-to-day operations of an Extension Office with outsourced Promodizers. You will drive sell-through targets through marketing and sales programs, train merchandisers and dealers, and build strong accounts relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in distribution sales. The position supports a hybrid work arrangement with competitive perks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution sales and account management.
• Knowledge of the local dialect, good Filipino & English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good ability to train people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sell-through targets.
• Conduct training to promotion merchandisers and in-store trainings to dealers.
• Implement sales-initiated programs.
• Build strong relationships with accounts.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs especially roadshows and exhibits.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Disseminate marketing activities and POP materials to merchandisers and dealers.
• Report and update demo machines and consumables usage to Marketing and Product Management departments.
• Monitor merchandisers sales performance.
• Monitor competitors' activities (price, stocks, sell through and promotions).
• Arrange store displays in favorable locations and ensure they are in good condition.
• Attend to customers/dealers concerns and inquiries.
