Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an Export Assistant – Deployment Planner to coordinate end-to-end export shipments and documentation. You will work with internal teams, brokers, forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 1+ year of export/logistics experience, with strong Excel, SAP, and data-analysis skills. Based in Libis, Quezon City, this is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in export, customs, logistics, or documentation is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP are expected.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping line/forwarder bookings, container pull-out, and loading activities.
• Monitor stock availability and shipment readiness with internal teams.
• Prepare export documents: PFI, invoices, packing lists, B/L, CoO, and certificates.
• Coordinate with brokers on lodgment, schedules, cut-offs, and requirements.
• Track containers and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Ensure compliance with destination requirements and HS codes.
• Support export billing documentation and filing of records.
• Proofread and analyze data to ensure document accuracy.
