Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a project/BD professional in the Philippines to determine feasibility of initiatives, plan and monitor project development, and onboard facilities and vendors. The role requires travel within Mindanao, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in project management.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks under pressure, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive cost savings through high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, communications, operations management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite; specifically MS Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willing to travel locally within Mindanao region.

Responsibilities

• Determine feasibility of current and planned initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance.
• Source, negotiate for, and onboard facilities viable for company use.
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Launch high-impact projects to increase operational capability and drive cost savings.
