Job summary

HMM (SG) Pte Ltd seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage Singapore transhipment operations and support Malaysia staff across inbound and outbound flows. You will monitor dwell time, control costs, and prepare operational reports while driving process improvements and IT enhancement requests with HQ.

The role requires 1–2 years in shipping or logistics, with strong analytical and regulatory knowledge of PSA tariffs and Singapore customs. Familiarity with Southeast Asia feeder networks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime, logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of shipping, logistics or transhipment experience.
• Strong knowledge of PSA tariffs, customs regulations and regional feeder networks.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
