Job summary

Ninja Van PH is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to join the Cross border Unit in Parañaque. You will handle incoming pre-alerts and shipment documents, encode data, and maintain accurate records across systems.

The role supports international shipments and requires close coordination with Operations teams. Your duties include monitoring import/export milestones, updating statuses, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable working with operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming pre-alerts and shipment documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Encode and update shipment information in databases and operational systems.
• Prepare shipment records, Delivery Receipts (DR), and warehouse inbound transactions.
• Track and trace import and export shipments and monitor shipment milestones.
• Update shipment status and milestones in operational portals and systems.
• Monitor shipment movements and confirm actual arrival at the destination.
• Conduct regular system/data checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Operations teams regarding missing information, delays, and operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely shipment records and perform other operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

About the unit:

The Cross border Unit focuses on handling the challenges presented by international shipping from Regional Partnerships Office, China Sales Office, and Export Services. The Unit handles the intricate paperwork, customs regulations, and potential delays that arise when moving goods across borders. This unit also ensures smooth transit by working closely with customs agencies, managing international documentation, and keeping on top of ever-changing import/export rules.
