Mediterranean Shipping Company SEA (S) P/L is seeking an Executive, Transhipment Export to coordinate and consolidate loading figures for export vessels in Singapore. The role involves ensuring accurate declarations in Portnet, preparing loading summaries, and coordinating with Asia Regional Office and Load Ports to optimize capacity.
The successful candidate will manage DG/IMO cargo processes, ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore Customs, and support continuous process improvements.

As Executive, Transhipment Export you will join a dynamic team to handle all transhipment containers (laden+ empty) in Singapore. Reporting to the Team Lead, Transhipment Export, your main responsibility is to manage the coordination, tallying-up and consolidation of loading figures per export vessel for presentation to the Regional Operation and Capacity Team for ship planning and ensuring all S.E.A Ports loads within their given allocation.
Your key responsibilities include:
Ensure all Transhipment containers discharging from 1st carriers are declared accurately and timely in Portnet system and loaded onto correct connecting carriers;
Preparation of Loading Summary for Asia Regional Office, including full details of export-carriers, ports of loadings, total TEUs / weight for stowage-planning purposes;
Arrange to 'roll out' excessive cargoes in close liaison with Asia Regional Office and Load Ports in the event of vessel full situation in terms of capacity or weight;
Arrange 3rd party feeder space for destinations not served by our vessels or when our vessels' space is full;
Ensure timely receipt of 'Rollover List' or 'Shut-Out List', as well as VIP List for containers to be protected;
Ensure timely receipt of manifest from Import Documentation Department / Load Port for all vessels discharging in Singapore;
Application for loading of Dangerous Goods (DG) / IMO cargoes with MSC DG Medlog Department in Antwerp (via on-line system);
Preparation of DG List, Reefer and Exceptional List for Master of vessels;
Send out 'Rollover Advise' to all Port of Origins, Load and Discharging Ports in the event of a rollover situation;
Ensure that all customs regulations are adhered to by providing the necessary declaration/documentations to the relevant authorities within their deadline. This includes our obligatory adherence to the Singapore Customs (Cuscar) and Overseas Foreign authorities (Preload);
Ensure SG Customs permit approval for loading of precursor shipment;
Undertake special projects that will help improve processes, improve work efficiency, and benefit the organization.
Minimum a diploma in any aspects, preferably with relations to Shipping/Logistics
Candidates without experience with relevant internship or past temporary experience may be considered
