Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA) or Law (JD) is required.
  • CPA or JD; Bar passer is an advantage but not required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal documentation, or financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar, meetings, and travel management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.
  • Draft and organize contracts, legal documents, policies, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal and business research to support executive decision-making.
  • Review financial reports, budgets, and business performance (CPA/finance focus).
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, government agencies, and legal counsel.
  • Monitor deadlines, action items, and follow-ups on directives.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
  • Assist in strategic projects, board meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track action plan implementation.
  • Perform other executive-level duties as assigned.

Job Summary

  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal documentation, or financial analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
