INGCOPH TRADERS INC. seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior management, handling legal, financial, and business tasks with confidentiality and compliance.
The role ensures efficient execution of executive priorities across departments and with external partners. Provides high-level executive and administrative support to senior management by handling legal, financial, and business-related tasks, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and efficient execution of executive priorities.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar, meeting, and travel management.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.
Draft, review, and organize contracts, legal documents, policies, and agreements.
Conduct legal and business research to support executive decision-making.
Assist in reviewing financial reports, budgets, and business performance (for CPA background).
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, government agencies, and legal counsel.
Monitor deadlines, action items, and follow-ups on executive directives.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
Assist in strategic projects, board meetings, and executive presentations.
Prepare meeting minutes and track implementation of action plans.
Perform other executive-level duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA) or Law (Juris Doctor).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Juris Doctor (JD); Bar passer is an advantage but not required.
At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Financial Analyst, or related executive support role.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal documentation, or financial analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
