Q2 HR Solutions in Manila is seeking a seasoned Practice Lead for Executive Search and Business Development to grow our executive search capabilities, win strategic engagements, and deliver leadership hiring solutions for top organizations.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in executive search or recruitment consulting, a proven track record in client acquisition, and strong leadership to guide consultants and secure senior-level roles across industries.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Executive Search or Recruitment Consulting.
Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
Experience managing executive searches for Director, VP, C-suite, and senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Executive Search practice.
Identify, qualify, and secure executive search engagements across target industries.
Lead client presentations, capability pitches, proposals, and negotiations.
Manage end-to-end executive search assignments from briefing to successful placement.
Mentor and support Executive Search Consultants and Researchers.
