Q2 HR Solutions client, a leading independent digital advertising agency, seeks a Head of Strategy to drive consumer-led brand, communication, and customer-experience strategies. You will transform business challenges into clear strategic directions and lead a multi-level team across creative, client services, media, analytics, and tech.

The role requires an experienced agency leader who can influence senior clients, grow the business, and strengthen strategic capabilities.

Competenze

10+ years of experience in brand, digital, or related strategy.
7+ years in a digital strategy leadership role within an agency.
Experience leading strategists or planning teams.
Experience developing strategies for major local and multinational brands.
Strong knowledge of consumer insights, brand and digital strategy, CRM and influencer marketing.

Mansioni

Lead development and execution of brand, communication, digital, channel, and customer-experience strategies.
Ensure strategic recommendations align with client goals and can be executed by multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee briefs, planning frameworks, customer journey maps, channel strategies, and experience ecosystems.
Improve cross-functional processes related to consumer insights and strategic service delivery.
Partner with experience-design and innovation teams on consulting and service-design initiatives.
