Job summary

iQor (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to identify, screen, interview, and refer qualified leadership candidates.

You will partner with leadership to determine recruiting needs and manage end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and relocation considerations when applicable. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in leadership recruiting, expertise with ATS and recruitment software, excellent written and verbal communication, and a degree in HR

Qualifications

• Experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter and leadership recruitment.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; HR/Business degree preferred.
• 2+ years recruiting for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards
• Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee
• Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively
• Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process
