Job summary

iQor (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full Cycle Recruiter to partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and attract top exempt talent across the organization.

You will interview leadership-level candidates, source proactively via job boards and social channels, and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with EEOC and company policies. You will leverage ATS tools to track progress and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a full cycle recruiter.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• 2+ years recruiting for leadership positions.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews leadership level candidates to assess knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Source leadership level roles using different job boards.
• Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
• Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process.
