Job summary

iQor is seeking a Supervisor Recruiting to lead and develop a team responsible for researching, sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing qualified candidates. The role partners with managers to define required knowledge, skills and qualifications and drives continuous improvement through metrics and training.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting or sourcing with prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Prior supervision experience in this capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that researches, sources, recruits, screens and interviews qualified candidates.
• Partners with managers to identify required knowledge, skills, and qualifications for candidates.
• Drives continuous improvement through metrics, reporting and team development.
• Ensures a positive team culture and effective onboarding for new employees.
• Generates reports and maintains records in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
