Job description

Trinitas Foods Corporation is a fast-growing, multi-unit food and commercial equipment enterprise. We operate across retail, food manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial distribution. We are driven by operational excellence, high execution standards, and strong organizational discipline.

Position Overview

We are seeking a sharp, highly structured, and persistent Executive Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to our President/CEO. In this pivotal leadership role, you will bridge the gap between executive strategy and ground-level execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all approved business plans, management directives, budgets, projects, and operational standards are rigorously implemented across all business units. Through regular field validation, execution tracking, budget-vs-execution monitoring, and direct management follow-through, you will ensure "done" actually means implemented to standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution & Project Tracking: Maintain a master execution tracker to follow up on agreed actions, key performance commitments, and project deadlines across business unit managers; immediately flag overdue or incomplete deliverables.
  • On-Site Field Validation: Conduct regular branch and business unit visits to confirm whether directives, operational standards, and promised improvements are genuinely executed on the ground, not just reported as complete on paper.
  • Budget & Implementation Monitoring: Track approved budgets, planned expenditures, and implementation timelines; identify delays, cost overruns, or activities deviating from approved plans.
  • Management Follow-Through & Accountability: Consistently follow up with department managers for updates, proof of implementation, and corrective actions. Drive accountability firmly and diplomatically without unnecessary confrontation.
  • Quality & Operational Standards Assurance: Inspect and validate that implemented changes meet expected quality benchmarks and company standards.
  • Executive Decision-Support & Reporting: Provide concise, high-level dashboards for the CEO (Categorized as: Completed, Ongoing, Delayed, At Risk, Requires CEO Decision) rather than forwarding long narratives.
  • Issue Escalation & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify recurring operational gaps, ownership issues, and chronic execution delays, elevating critical bottlenecks directly to executive management.
  • Action & Audit Governance: Maintain centralized action registers, project trackers, audit evidence, branch observation logs, and official management decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's Degree or PMP certification is a strong plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Audit, or as Chief of Staff in a multi-unit corporate environment (Food, Retail, Manufacturing, or Conglomerate settings preferred).
  • Proven track record of monitoring multi-branch execution and working directly with executive-level leadership.
Core Competencies & Skills:
  • Relentless Follow-Through & Persistence: Strong governance capability with the diplomacy to hold department managers accountable.
  • Analytical & Budget Literacy: Strong understanding of financial budgets, variance analysis, and operational execution schedules.
  • Executive Communication: Ability to synthesize complex operational data into crisp, actionable executive summaries.
  • Auditing & Sharp Observation: Attention to detail during field visits to spot operational non-compliance or quality gaps.
  • Organization: Expert proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools (Asana), and action registers.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to various local branches and regional business units for on-site validation.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Executive Salary Package
  • Performance Incentive & Executive Bonus Alignment
  • Direct Executive Mentorship under the CEO
  • High-impact leadership role driving organizational excellence across the enterprise
