Job summary

FELCRIS HOTELS AND RESORTS CORPORATION in Davao City seeks a Leasing Officer to market and manage vacant spaces across residential, retail, and office leases, with emphasis on CAM reconciliations and tenant relations.

The role requires coordinating with marketing, legal and maintenance teams, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring timely move-ins/outs while maintaining occupancy reports and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Financial Management/Marketing Management), Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing or related field.
• Knowledgeable of lease terms and commercial practices.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and lease abstracting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and leasing vacant units across residential, retail, and office spaces.
• Coordinate property tours and respond to leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare event booking documents, amendments, renewals and related paperwork in coordination with legal and leasing teams.
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies, local regulations and property standards.
• Track lease expirations, rent escalations and critical dates using property management software.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests and concerns.
• Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for new and existing tenants.
• Assist in resolving tenant issues professionally and efficiently, escalating as needed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing tenants to foster positive relationships and community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces through digital platforms, signage, and outreach.
• Support promotional events and tenant retention programs for residential and commercial tenants.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to competitive analysis efforts.
• Maintain accurate lease files, tenant contact lists and occupancy reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security and housekeeping teams to ensure property standards are met and maintained.
• Assist with Common Area Maintenance CAM) billing, reconciliations and tenant notifications.
• Support Leasing Officer for the monthly reporting and occupancy tracking.
