The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of international hotel experience in the same function, a college degree, and a strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and guest satisfaction.

• Two years of experience in an international hotel with same function.
• College graduate requirement.
• Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, eye for detail, guest orientation, good work values and integrity, temperate and patient, able to lead and motivate the team.

The Executive Housekeeper provides a variety of services to guests and internal customers as well as overall supervision, direction and leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards, guidelines and policies established by Shangri-La International and the Hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and guest oriented service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working experience in an International Hotel with the same function.
• College graduate.
• Displays initiative committed to professionalism, eye for detail, guest-oriented, possesses good work values and has integrity, even tempered and patient, able to lead and motivate the team. Willing and able to work flexible hours.
• Knowledgeable with computers, and budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluent in oral and written English
