Job summary

The Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa seeks an Executive Housekeeper to provide leadership and oversee the Housekeeping Department, ensuring friendly, efficient, guest-oriented service in line with our standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of international hotel experience, college education, strong English skills, and the ability to lead and motivate the team while managing budgets and forecasting.

• Minimum two years working experience in an International Hotel with the same function.
• College graduate.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

DUTIES:

The Executive Housekeeper provides a variety of services to guests and internal customers as well as overall supervision, direction and leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards, guidelines and policies established by Shangri-La International and the Hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and guest oriented service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum two years working experience in an International Hotel with the same function.

College graduate.

Displays initiative committed to professionalism, eye for detail, guest-oriented, possesses good work values and has integrity, even tempered and patient, able to lead and motivate the team. Willing and able to work flexible hours.

Knowledgeable with computers, and budgeting and forecasting.

Fluent in oral and written English
