Job summary

Broadridge Connectivity Solutions is seeking a Client Policy Analyst - Compensation to join a specialized research team focused on executive pay and governance standards in North America and/or Latin America. You will serve as an internal expert for colleagues and a resource for clients, guiding data-driven policy analyses.

The role requires strong knowledge of executive compensation practices, data modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated familiarity with executive compensation issues and governance norms.

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements focusing on executive compensation and share-based plans to maintain data integrity.
• Train and coach data analysts to deliver quality data to policy analysts.
• Act as liaison between data team manager and policy team leaders to complete client deliverables expeditiously.
• Review accuracy of client voting policies and prepare summaries explaining results on proposals.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
• Support the broader policy team in data projects as needed.
• Communicate compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical outcomes to the team.
• Utilize analytical tools and models to conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Limited travel internationally and to Manila, as needed.
