Apollo Global Management is seeking an Analyst, Compensation - Equity Businesses to support equity compensation design, analytics, and reporting globally. You will collaborate with senior leaders and the human capital team to drive year-end processes, implement programs, and deliver insightful compensation analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in compensation, strong Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset to improve efficiency and accuracy across the function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in compensation, strategy, and/or data analytics.
• Experience in data handling, reporting and Excel macros.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of year-end compensation processes and GAAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist compensation design, analysis, budgeting/forecasting and program implementation.
• Support offer letters, separations, promotions and internal mobility processes.
• Contribute to year-end compensation process including templates and statements.
• Develop automated/repeatable reports and improve efficiency with data-driven insights.
