Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Client Policy Analyst - Compensation to join a specialized research team focused on executive pay and governance standards for North America and Latin America. You will serve as an internal SME and external resource for clients and company representatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of compensation practices, data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex concepts across global time zones. Hybrid work and international travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with executive compensation issues and governance norms.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially while working remote.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Minimum of 2 years in executive pay governance research.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
• Ability to provide reliable internet connectivity when working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements focusing on executive compensation and share-based plans.
• Train and coach data analysts to deliver high-quality data to policy analysts.
• Act as liaison between data team managers and policy team leaders to complete client deliverables.
• Review accuracy of client voting policies and explain results of voting on proposals.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
• Support the broader policy team in data projects as needed.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and outcomes to the team.
• Use analytical tools and models for quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Limited travel internationally and to Manila as needed.
